"You can't transform something you won't look at." - Dixie St. John

It’s easy to get overwhelmed, and a bit paralyzed.  We tend to resist change, even when risk is staring us in the face.  Even when it is there in our own lives; in our own family; in our own job.

Do we hide out behind our mobile screens and our TVs, and think that is where change happens?  Sometimes, yes.  It can - to a point.  But there’s a lot more to life than the internet.

Sometimes we have to get out and about and get uncomfortable.

If we’re not happy with the state of our own life… or of the bigger picture:  we need to dig in.

We have to get out of our comfort zones.

Counterfear is about figuring out what scares us, having a look at it, and seeing what it really means.  Then we decide if we want to make a change.  Then we go about making it.

Counterfear can help give you the tools to reverse-engineer a change, and then to make it happen.  Change is an active-involvement adventure.  The counterfear process can help you navigate it... and succeed.

What are you waiting for?
